RS9000 'accordion sleeves' falling apart - problem?

    RS9000 \'accordion sleeves\' falling apart - problem?

    basically, what the title says - i don't know what they are actually called, but the plastic covering on some of my RS9000 shocks are coming apart, is this bad? something i should replace? or can i just ignore it (like my alcoholism 'problem') /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
