    Running 35-36\" tires? Please read...

OK, some future planning here. Measured the installed height of my (allegedly) 33" BFG AT's, came out to 31.5", ground to highest point of tire. I know this is "normal". What I want to know is the installed height of 35's and 36's. Especially if you've got Swamper SSR's, my tire of choice for when replacement time comes.
    Thanks

I have a set of 35 inch Super Swamper's and from what I have been told they are supposed to be very close to the advertized 35 inch size. If my wheels would ever come in I could get the things mounted so I could find out.

Yeah I agree with Wayne - Super Swampers are the closest to true.

    My 315/75R16 MT/Rs are 34.9"

I assume you already read Steve's review on a set of 37" SSRs which measured 35.9". That seems to be pretty close to what you're looking for. Those are 16" wheels, though.

Yes, I sure did read his review. It's what swayed me in favor of SSR's rather than something else. I was planning on going with a 16" rim anyway, so that's OK.

I have BFG mud T/A's 12.5 x 35 and at 32psi they measured 34 3/8 tall. That is real close to advestised as well.

I thought I was wrong once,
    but I was mistaken
