hey y'all, what does it take to repair holes in the side of a truck (pickup, k5, sub) caused by rust??? Mom's truck has a nice rust color and a LOT of holes... it looks cool but she doesn't like em ...

What size holes and where? Most panels can be bought and repaired. if it isn't bad just cut out the rust ( or just grind it if it isn't too bad)and place a piece behind the offending spot and weld it in and use some body filler on it. if it is just surface rust just use a wire wheel and get it back to good metal then prep it.

Actually it's all kinds of rust.. surface, holes... on the doors, on the bed, fenders... I think the hood is the only piece without rust :P
