    i was thinking today.
like when you get scratches in your k5, but dont have touch up paint and u dont want it to rust: what about putting clear nail polish on it?
would this be good or not?
cause i need to prevent some rust in places but i dont have touch up paint and and cant get replacement unless i order it cuz its custom
    what do u guys think?

I'm not sure about the durability of it cause it comes off nails with polish remover. Who knows what would happen if you spilt some petrol on it or somethin'. Sounds like a pretty resonable temporary repair to stop the on set of rust. I'd do it to fend off the rust until you get the touch up paint. Make sure you test it in some obscure area to make sure it doesn't cause problems.
