Rust proof spray underneath

    If you have gotten this rust protection spray for the under body like a few yrs ago is it possible tog et it again? do they have to scrape off the old stuff? or just stick on a new coat?
    thanks.

    In order for rust proofing to work best, it MUST be applied to the bare metal. If you just coat it over the old stuff, it won't do anything. Just curious, why are you wanting to do it again? Did the older stuff not work? If you are talking about rubberized undercoating, I've just sprayed it over the older stuff with good results, but I've never intended to use it as a rust-inhibitor.
