    Do you want to restore it or go all out trail rig? If I had a rusted out truck I wouldn't feel so bad hacking it up. 1969 is a classic , but there are fine examples surviving already. Just my thoughts /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    If the body is that hashed then I would give up on it. It doesn't take much to put a truck cab on a K5 Frame. Not as cool as topless but it sounds like the cancer is pretty bad.
    http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com is going to have more vintage tin of that age available in their for sale forum. Decent cabs show up all the time.
