Alright was flexin it up yesterday and confirmed my feeling that some of the mounts would be rusted when it came time to replace mounts and do the body lift. The only one that Ive really seen so far is the front two. The metal that gets sandwiched between the rubber and attaches to the frame is rusted enough to allow the whole mount to separate allowing the front clip to go everywhere.

Any suggestions and whatnot? I know this is a problem on these things and I hope it isnt too big of a deal.

i replaced all of mine with ones from LMC. it was a bit expensive (289.00) for me because i wanted to replace all of the rubber as well - the rubber cushions were the most expensive part of the kit. i had no problem removing the radiator mount or positions 3 and 4. positions 1 and 2 were a bitch because the interior mounted nuts snapped loose. i think this is where most folks were having problems. i had to cut a few access holes in the cab mount rails and go in from the side to cut off the nuts. if i would have used a torch, i could have saved hours; but the side that was dorked up was the same side that had my fuel lines and i was too chicken to use the torch. as you can see, about 20 percent of my bolts were eaten away and my rig is very clean and rust free. i was surprised as to how bad they were... it took me a full day to replace the rubber, hardware and add the 1 inch body lift.
