Today in Oklahome there was a trooper died responding to an accident involving a car and a train. You can read the following...

Christopher Van Krevelen, 29, died at the scene on a highway overpass in Enid.

Highway patrol Lt. Brandon Kopepasah says Van Krevelen's patrol car struck a guardrail. The car also apparently hit a pole and caught fire. Initial reports said flames exploded ammunition from Van Krevelen's side arm as rescuers tried to reach him.

No one else was injured in the crash or in the accident to which Van Krevelen was responding. Kopepasah said the 4 p.m. call received by Van Krevelen reported a car-train collision.

"He was doing his job and responding to people who might have been injured," Kopepasah said.

Please lets all pray for him tonight, and his family as they are suffering, on a day that is meant to be spent rejoicing the blessings that God has given us.

    Thanks,
