Does anyone have a Safari rack on a soft top ???? That's what I'd like. Roll up the sides and have a Safari rack up top to load up with the extra stuff. That sounds kewl to me. Have to be some strong suports for the soft top to use a Safari rack.

Thanks Grim, that's just what I was looking for. I'm printing that out. I'm making my plans for next spring and summer. So I think this item is a must for me.

Now how about that Can-back soft top with optional roof rack system. Is that one that is sold through Off Chamber 4X4 ???

The rack is the cheap part. It's the Can Back that can suport it that's the expensive part. Steve can get you the can back but I don't know if he sell that particular roof rack. The way it works is the Can Back has a provision to mount some brackets that mimic a gutter so any Gutter mount system that is wide enough will work. Just watch the weigh. The load warrior is one of the lighter set ups.

I'm thinking it'd be good for carrying my luggage, and maybe tent. Fairly light stuff.

Yeah, I can get you the Can-back, I think the capacity of a rack up there is like 200# but would have to check on that again, it's been a long time.

    Hey Steve,

You still running your Can-back, if so could you post a pic with your new tires and wheels you are currently running before you go with that s-10 body? Would like to see it with it on there, if weren't too much trouble.

Kewl, can you offer both the can back and safari rack in a package deal, or would that be too much to ask for ??? Just wondering what it'd cost. Kinda broke at the momment, so wouldn't be ordering soon, more like spring.

I can get you the top and the rack but the basket you would have to get from Yakima or Wilderness etc.. Right now I have the Cans priced at 50.00 below retail but sure I could meet or beat anyones price.
