Viagra and/or Britney Spears are the best cures for a sagging jimmy that I know of.

I am assuming your truck is most likely sagging in the rear end? If so you can buy 1" add a leafs for the rear springs pretty cheap and should level your truck out. Depending on how bad the sag is...just an idea. Check them out here $40 ORD 1" add a leaf /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I've been looking at the different options for while. I finally went with an add-a-leaf from the local 4x4 shop. It cost $60 and lifts the back right up. I was worried about how it woud affect my ride and flex but I ran it up a dirt ramp and it flexed just as good as it did before (my shocks are likely the limiting factor). Anyway, it also helps with all the crap I'm carrying in the back (chains, snatch block, winch, tools ...)
