Who is running these? Just looking for some opinions. The t-case that I swapped in when I did the doubler has a front output shaft for one. Should I change it?

My 79 came with one. Never had a problem but the truck is stock. Keith I think is also running one on his 79. He's on 38's with 7 inches in the front and 10 in the back. My 75 has a Spicer with 5suspension in the front and 6 in the rear. I hear the spicer has a little more range of motion before it binds. Might PM Jesse (Drivelineman) and see what he say's.

My '80 came stock that way. Works fine for me.
