Goes good with grits, eggs, and toast. And orange juice. Followed by a tall glass of tea. Substitute Coke for tea if you're hungover.

You work at a diner, just have your boss order a case from the distributer. My wife works for one and we buy everything by the case at cost...Beef pattys, chicken breast, pizza crust, napkins, alot of stuff that can be frozen or canned goods...

I especially fond of british bangers (get your mind out of the gutter) but I also enjoy bratwurst, knockwurst, and all manner of sausages. Had hot italian sausages tonight that I BBQ'ed but I overcooked them a tad. The teenage son says "hey, we can cut them up and put them in chili tomorrow". Out of the mouth of babes............

I hear there's a few places in San Francisco that serve some authentic hand made trowzer sausage. Nice and juicy on the inside. Never tried it, don't care to, but from what I hear it can't be beat ... or can it.

Cajun sausage, hot enough to make your nose run. Mix in red beans and rice and gorge.
