That is by far the worst example of a lifted truck I have seen to date. That steering, that welding, those front blocks........ /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Well, for me, it was the "genuine idea" of fabrication that someone could come up with such a cheesy plan to make an extremely large bracket like that to hold something very vital to any vehicle.....the steering box. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

Well remember the old TV show McGiver? There was an episode where he used a car battery and some jumper cabels to weld with using a quarter for a welding rod. I remember thinking that was a bunch of BS, but this guy proved old McGiver right. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Big, ugly welds are referred to as "Gorilla welds". In this case, it appears that the gorrila sh!+ a dog chain on that.

I don't think it's speed that kills in this case.
