My buddy just bought a new 06 Cummins, and he said next year they are killing them because of emissions levels they have to meet. It looks like next year the Cummin's, Powerstroke, and Duramax are all making more power than this year. I figure the emissions thing is due to the low sulfur fuel? Not sure about the killing of the engine, but maybe that relates to modifications for increasing the Power? He already plans on running DHRA:eek1: :eek1:

The low sulfur has to do with new emissons standards. In an effort to make diesels cleaner many new laws/ criteria are beingput into place. Its still gonna vary greatly by state though. Mods shouldn't be that differant.
