just my .02C man, but i would like to see you put a nice leupold, or something of the like on that, QUALITY is where its at. BSA's are decent for like .22 cal and stuff, but i just dont want to you be disappointed if (when) your .308 knocks the crosshairs all out of whack.

Sorry, but for anything larger than .22LR, $100 and quality optics just don't work in the same sentence.

i doubt my 308 would knock em loose, it kicks just like your 223 or damn close youll have to shoot it, course the gun weighs a ton more so thats another thing. Leupold is out of the question... i aint spendin no 400 bux on a scope. Being im 23,300 dollars in debt i really dont wanna go for the leupold right off. BSA would be nice but i dont like how its mounted on levis gun. and i think thats all scope, according to what ive seen/read on ar15.com. I'm still reasearchin so i will keep this updated. thanks for the help everyone

What do B&L's run these days? I have a 6-24 (IIRC) on my .22-250 and it's done well.

Bausch and Lomb...however, upon further research, Buschnell bought them out and the B&L scopes became the Bushnell Elite 3200 and 4200's.

Sorry, mine is fairly old and I've bought Leupolds since, didn't know.
