tranny was out, I pulled the one from my '76 and slapped her in. (Not really as simple as I made it sound) :D

It was the highest i ever had to install a transmission, out on the dead grass and dust, wind blowing, having to take off 3 and a half days from work ( I bought this over by my parents and since that was were my 76 was, it was only natural to do it there)

got it running and drove her home 105 miles away, it was fairly smooth up until about 65-70 m.p.h. (65 being about as fast as I want to take it) :eek1:

pics are of it at my house and the one with the dude in it is my grouchy ass brother turning a wrench on it. He helped me out quite a bit. :haha:

*EDIT* oh yeah I forgot...I gave $850 for it.

    Good deal or not??

I say good score! It makes me want to add another blazer to my collection. What's the drivetrain in your new red blazer?
