Screwy Question - Dash Screws for \'75 K5.

Going to replace the instrument panel with a new stock front plate. PO on my rig used every kind of screw on the face of the earth in the one on it now.

Any one tell me what were "stock" screws ?? Flat head, rounded ?? Phillips, slotted ?? Size, length ?? I know these vary, but a rule of thumb.

    Thanks.

They are round head Phillips style #6 or #8 about 1 - 1 1/2" long. Some of the stock ones come with this small tapered washer around the head. I just went to Lowes and they have a good selection of both chrome and black styles. Home Depot or other good hardware stores might have them as well. LMC has them but you might as well bend over since the price is high and you have to pay for shipping....
