I was just wondering what kind of seats the guys with non oriinal fronts are running and how hard were they to fit. Also I was thinking how cool it would be to have a flip up rear seat like my dads ramcharger has. Did any of the later chevy's have this, it would be a lot easier then having to take out the back seat whenever you wanted to carry anything large.

I got thease seats from a local van conversion shop for like 115 each. Nothin special about them they recline and are mounted with the standard 4 bolt pattern.
    Hope this helps./........

Here is how the bottom is mounted, you can kinda see the channel iron bolts to the floor then a plate is bolted to the top of the channel and the seat rails blt to the plate......This was done to the rig when I bought it in 93 so duno how or what is there for stock....

My hunting buddy installed a set of Corbeau Targa RS Wide seats in his Blazer. They're comfortable and very supportive. THey're also aggressive-looking. Once we had the mounting brackets modified (seats needed less pedestal height in back), the brackets bolted in with no problems.
