I have an 85 k5. The seats in this truck have no recline feature. What can I replace them with? What later model blazers/trucks can I swipe seats out of? Aftermarket may not be out of the question, either.

I got some really nice seats out of a 95 Honda accord. I had them put in and it cost me a couple of bucks but I was rear ended so the other guy picked up the tab. The seats were only 50 bucks for the pair tho. If you can cut and weld or have a bud that can I'll send you some pics for an idea of how to install them. The only prob I have with them is they don't fold FORWARD so the kids are stepping all over them cos they're too lazy to lift the pass. seat forward.

We mounted seats from a 94 suburban in ours, power and everything... it doesnt take much to fab brackets for them and bolt em down, we have pics on our website... or, maybe you can find some seats with the same bolt pattern... I hear a lot of cars have the same bolt pattern... good luck.

For the aftermarket option, look at the ones I put in my 79 - click on link below to my site, look on interior page. Cost about $800 with bolt-in mounts, 10 minute install.

Seat Source in Riverside CA has good pricing, call them up if you want to explore your options - 909-343-9430

I have some burgandy ones in my '82 I will be replacing this spring. They are cloth w/ vinyl trim(bottom and back). The pasenger side needs to be welded due to a large former owner, but beside that they are in perfect shape, especially for 19 years old. I will not need them in a month or two.
