shackel flip ?

    As most may know I am getting ready to do a lift and rear swap. ? is with the rear flip do you still need to shim the rear for correct driveshaft angel. My thought on this is if you drop the back of the spring 4 inches it will give you a couple of degrees on the angel. Thanks.

    No you do not. If your going with stock rear springs then the angle that the shackle flip provides is just right. I've got zero vibrations on mine after the shackle flip and that is with NO shims.

    Waxer is right. It was the same way on my truck. No vibs or any other problems.

    And you can thank Steve for that when he cleverly designed them!! The angle works out perfect when you use his shackle flip!
