I know about how much the springer flip gives, but how much lift will I get when I just cut out the bottom of the stock hanger and use the stock shackle? with stock springs? currently I have sh!t bomb 4" blocks and my 36's rub hard when I tuck, will a cheapo flip and stock springs clear 36's? maybe zero rates in that combo? /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif

DIY shackle flip gives 4" of lift. Trim the fenders and go.

did that to mine, matched my pro-comp springs (too stiff IMHO) perfectly, i'm running 37" boggers, get out yer sawzall and it will fit like a champ
i'm not running zero rates but if you not gonna trim anything will help, plus you can move your front axle forward to help clearance up front

If you go with the echobit flip you and have no spring sag you can get almost 6". With the flip and a 0rate, my rear sits maybe 1/2 -1 inch higher than the front with brand new 6" EZ rides. http://www.echobit.com/cgi-bin/site/products.cgi?product=2

ps. you dont have to remove existing hangers. bolts right on!
