Normally I wouldn't use the blocks but there isn't a stitch of drivetrain in her except for the front axle. Pretty light. Also not much interior in there yet either. Just headliner and some trim. No worries.

A couple chunks of 2x4 between the jack stands and cement blocks reduces the chance of them cracking. You can also turn the blocks so the holes are going up and down, that is the way they were designed for strangth. Just tryin to help.

I really like those doors! I am trying to decide with the extra set of not so nice doors I have. That looks really tempting! Nice looking rig. Good luck with getting it all back together!

They don't fit back in /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif After I cut the hole I did alot of smoothing up the lines. I do have another idea for those doors but I don't want to let it out till I can show pictures so they will be coming soon. How did you all like the door opener? It's an old shifter nob... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Give the half doors a go!! They were fun to build. Time consuming but fun. I think they will be really fun when the top is off and both half doors are on, doing a little romping in the mud!!! Everybody does them a little different so they really show a custom effort.

Actually I moved the mirror forward. Like this.

two yellow and one green are the original holes and two blue and one green are the new holes. Basically I just slid it forward. Drill some holes and smash some threadserts and you're good to go.
