I just shimmed the crap out of my 14 bolt with a total of 16 degrees. 2- 6 degree shims and a 4 degree shim per side
I got one of the 6 degree shims when I purchased the springs initially. A friend had the other and the 4 degree shim; I had to purchase from a spring shop.
Grab the Yellow pages and look up Springs.
Most places that work on large trucks ( dump trucks and other big rigs) will have a selection of shims on-hand.
Now that I've found out the correct degree that the rear must be pitched in order to not vibrate the driveshaft; I'm trading in the stack of shims for a one-piece tapered lift block made out of billet aluminum. It'll have a 1" lift block incorperated into it that I had underneath all of the shims to account for the weight of my 40gal. gas tank /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
    I did a web search for <a target="_blank" href=http://4crawler.cruiserpages.com/4x4/ForSale/Shims.shtml#CustomAxleShims>custom shims</a>.

My blocks will be under my springs by early next week.

I gots a question too. If I go with front shackles that are about 1 1/2" -2" longer (so only like a 3/4" -1" lift) what degree shim should I use. would a 2 or 2 1/2 degree shim work?

I have a set of brand new steel shims. These are 8 degrees that I bought from the link in one of the other posts above. I paid $45 with shipping. I will sell them for $40 with shipping.
