having a problem. just installed a 2 1/2 ez ride lift. i earlier had new shocks installed and are suppose to be for a
2" lift. the problem is when i hit a bump the shocks seem to be to short. what are the length differences between
oem and a 2 or 3" shocks. also what shock gives the best road ride. living in louisiana don't get much chance to run
    on rocks just mud. <font color="white"> </font color>

I remember my 4" lift required 27" long shocks. I don't remember them ever bottoming out.

when i first did my 2.5" lift i had shocks for 0-2 inch lift and had the same issue. i had to get shocks for the 2.5-4 inch lift and they fit much better.
