    FINALLY got my pad poured this week. Next weekend, I will start putting up the shop. Any of you locals who want to show up, I will provide adult beverages and chow.:D dOh yeah, I am trying to work a deal for a D60/14B setup for the Burro. This weekend, I installed a new heater core in the Burro. That REQUIRED the removal of the inner fender, and the passenger hood hinge.:doah: :doah:

    More like a Sherman tank. I will keep the stock motor tranny and T case.

    Maybe you should figure how to put that 429 in the burro.

    If all goes according to plan, the 429 will be traded for the axles. I don't think the stock 3 speed would live long behind the 429.

    Those old SM420's are pretty stout. I know they used them in industrial trucks for years.

    Same with the SM465.
