I'm rebuilding my Dana 60 before I swap it in the /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif. The kingpin rebuild kits came with new kingpins but I really don't want to go through the hassle of removing the old ones, and especially trying to torque the new ones to 600 foot pounds (don't have a torque wrench that goes over 250). Are these in good enough condition to just keep and install new bushings? Thanks all!

They certainly look like they could stand to be replaced, especially the one with the rust pits on it...

one more reason im glad i have ball joints on my front 10 bolt corp. id say its time to find a torque wrench that goes up to 600lbs, and stick with it. try a deisel mechanic or goto GM and have them torque the King pins down. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
