I saw a Chevelle like that in Wilmington not too long ago. It had badass paint and would've been a sweet ride if it hadn't had 47 inches of lift and 54" wheels.

I'm guessing the thing did have a 'For Sale' sign in the windshield? I really don't know why a pimpster would really want it. Too high up so it'd be hard to get his women in the back.
