slip yoke ???

    Do I want a slip yoke or not??? Doesnt one of the xfer cases have it...???
    Please refresh my memory..

    The 208 and the 241 have slip yokes in the rear. You dont really want them, but they are not that bad. Just make sure to carry a spare rear driveshaft so you dont loose all the fluid in the trnsfer case. I have a 208 and like it because of the low range.

    Over all it was a bad design. But they work. SO I would say just depends on the price, timing availability and so forth.
    I have the 241 and converted it to fixed yoke.
