Headed to Auto Zone and I need gear lube for my K5's SM465. Gonna change it tomorrow since I'm sure its never been done. I knwo I should just go get like a 5 gallon bucket at tractor supply but they are closed already I'm pretty sure and its out of the way. So how much to get at Auto Zone? Want to get synthetic as well.

Yeah they had the buckets but I wanted to go synthetic so I just grabbed 4 quarts of synth. Now I'm trying to wrestle the tunnel cover off so I can fill through the top of the trans cause that fill hole isn't happeneing.

Why not just pull the shifter boot off, should be able to get the shifter out that way.
