    L is 6.55 to1
    2 nd is 3.58 to 1
    3 rd is 1.70 to 1
    4 th is 1 to 1

    R is 5 something to 1 I think

These are all off the top of my head but should be very close.

Im guessing when you say 2 3 4 you mean 1 2 3 right? Cuz on the shifter it says L, 1,2,3. When driving on the street you can put it directly into 1 right wich is putting the shifter to the left and down. ??

    Reverse ratio is 6.09:1
Basically worthless in Low range, esp with the NP208.
I wish it had two reverse gears like the 'Mog.
