    Hey Stephen,

I have a SM465 with the adapter plate and the NP205 mated to it sitting at my house. My ? is can I rebuild the 205 and make it into a 400 version? If I can, what will I need to do this? Thanks.

    See Ya,
    Keith

You need the input gear and bearing, and you need to have the case machined for the larger diameter input bearing. You will also need the adapter to mate to the TH400. Adapter, gear and bearing are available new for $400 and change.

YUP, input gear, input bearing, bore case to fit bigger bearing. I think there are some details on this in some back posts in this forum.
Cost is about $300 if you send the case to us to bore out for you. Input and bearing are $170, and the Case bore is $100. We also throw a 205 gasket kit in with the bore job.
    Thanks
