Drive sleeve is available from GM for around $30, the rest of the stuff, you'll just have to do a search. 465 rebuild kits can be found. One thing I've been told though, is that you need to tear it down to find out what you need to replace, as all the kits aren't 100%. The sintered iron bushings(?) are one item that can/do wear out, yet won't come with all rebuild kits.

Synchros are also sold separately from the rebuild kits. Small parts is a separate kit from the bearing/seal kit.

when you reassemble it next time give the adapter and shafts a good shot of grease.
dunno if it will save them but that is my theory on it.
real interested in 'where' and 'how much' when you get mainshafts

Last year I bought a new PTO and hyd pump for my dump truck. One of the instructions was to pack the splines with grease and to repack them each year.
