Anyone want to join me for some wheeling?

Aug./ Miller Jeep trail, a good "difficult" trail located west of Frazier Park in Lockwood Valley, exit is in Gorman OHV park. BBQ later?

Aug./ Rowher trail, a lot of uphill, never been there. Rated difficult, mostly at the start. In Santa Clarita, North L.A. County.

Sept or Oct? 4 Wheel Magazine staff will be at Gorman OHV park for two days wheeling their cheap junk rides. David Kennedy told me it will be a good family weekend.

Big Bear would be on my list too. Never been 4 wheelin' there, but they have 4 or 5 really good trails.

I'll be in Arizona until next until the 24th or so, so I'll check in in a week or so.

I'm down for the the 4 Wheel Magazine deal at Gorman, I've never been there and if I'm going to brake something it might as well be in front of the fishwrap guys. :D

I just ran the Miller Jeep Trail this past Saturday: it was the first time I ran that trail. It is considered a moderate to difficult trail, and has been the most challenging trail I have run (only the 3rd time I take out the K5 after lifting and swapping axles). The K5 performed awesome, but there were several issues with some of the other trucks I went with. I'd run it again in August, but I caution you.....it was in the 100s

Here's a link to talk about the run I took part in:

dleroy43 - I'll get some pix to you, but need a few days.

Thanks for the responses guy's, I appreciate it.

How about August 6 or August 30th?

I'll check this thread, and if it will help get us all on the same page I will PM you guys. :D

P.S. The 4WHEEL mag. weekend is the last weekend in September. Pretty sure, but I'll double check. I'm going to camp there Sat. night. It's a 2 day deal. Come and go as you like.

I may be out of town on the 27th, but I would definately want to run this trial on a Saturday, as opposed to a Sunday.
