to go to school (that's 11 miles round trip). it's a pretty good exercise - i can see that it's affecting my body already which is kind of cool.

now, that being said - my seat SUX! somehow, i am constantly sitting on my right nut, and my right nut has had enough! :doah: soon enough, there will be people wearing little yellow rubber bracelets that say "in memory of the great God Testiclese" (that's testicl-ee-s - like a greek god). :haha: man i wish i could afford a decent seat!

dude, get one that is designed not not squish your nuts. A little exercise isn't worth becoming sterile....

Ride forward enough in the saddle to where your jewels are in front dangling like a pair of fuzzy dice :doah: :haha: !!

Or you can just ride oot of your saddle (don't sit down).

I don't recommend the gel seat covers either. It's like cramming a giant sponge into your guiche. :doah:

If the seat is not long for this world anyway, cut a hole; like old TT MCs.
It'll look studly parked at the bike rack.:haha:

Its probably not the seat so much as the seat position. the seats that I use are thin and hard as a rock. Thats why there is a pad in cycling shorts, but its thin and you will hurt even with it with a bad seat position.

This is a pretty good starting point on bicycle fit.

I actually have Trico Split Rails on my bikes, but if they are positioned wrong, your balls will hurt. The design is made to stop nerve pressure, not as a let your nuts dangle while riding.

if the nose i hurting your nuts, its positioned all wrong. Tilt the front down, and slide it forwards so your ass takes most of the weight on the back part of the seat.
