They've had a few, in Highland Ranch/Denver area. I've just never been able to get up there. I'd love to see one closer to the Springs. Who knows, maybe a monthly Meet-n-Greet that moves around. Anyway, I'm in. I think I can now get my wife more involved as we bought her a 83 K5 3 Jul with visions of putting my 4" lift, some 35s and a paint job, along with some interior work. We figure 2-3K invested is better than a car payment.

Too bad Hackett wasent still open...

This kinda all depends on the least built rig.

Some trails that come to mind are:

Spring creek, rated a 7 (out of 10)
Carnage canyon (Boulder) rated a 7
    Lefthand canyon rated a 4
Bill moore lake trail rated a 5
Central City trail system (not rated but I give it mabey a 4)
Most of these trails are West of denver wich would mean a haul for some of you .
Im not sure of any inbetween Denver and the springs and 4x4trails net is still down, but I do recall a trail I wanted to run some time ago that I think was up by Florissant I cant remember the name but I'll do a little research. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    I'm up for it too!
If you want to, we could do something around here and maybe end up at my house for a BBQ??? (just a thought)
ST.s John, Cabins on Georgia Pass or?
Maybe I could even talk to Mike out in Kermling about using his rock crawling course if we feed him some beer & steak?
What ever you guys want to do is good with me, just don't have it until after the 20th. (heading to Florida again).
What about the 26th or 27th?
