    390 bored 60 over
Exhaust (ungodly loud), cam, intake, the standard stuff...
    D60 rear
    HP60 Front
4.10's in the rear (front needs to be regared which will be $$$, reverse rotation and it needs a different carrier since it has 3 somethin's right now)
Small lift (helper springs in the rear)
    35" TSL's
Pulls like a son of a gun though w/ the manual...in 1st it'll just smoke em'

So oh well...its ugly as sin but he wanted something to beat around w/ but could still get him to work each day...this'll get the job done.
    I'll get pics tomorrow.

Oh I almost forgot...its a 70 something w/ a 73/75 front clip on it, I don't know..its a Furd...the frame is also straight which is rare supposedly...not as in clean but its literally straight from the front to the back....nice and stiff.

I had a Furd once. 351w if I recall. It blew a rod. I should have sent it to fumes house for restoration.

lol, nah...whats it have? 400+ cubic inches....a d60 rear (I'm not counting that front until he gets it taken care of since its useless), 4.10's and some bald 35's...lol
It's a beast though...I'm not a fan of it yet since its a manual and he is Ricky Racer w/ a stick...makes me want to puke.
But I have a hard time riding in big trucks that are sticks even w/ people I trust...theres just something about it.

Oh, forgot to mention...he got it for $1500, not too bad.

Manuals+cubes=good. I woulda put a 465 in my rig had it been not ungodly expensive to put one behind a caddy.

What's your beef with trucks and manuals...

me+ sticks don't mix....I suck at driving them and I just like autos...especially for around here...on a dd that only will see mud and sand whats the point in a stick? An auto will smoke it every day of the week and twice on Sundays

all depends on who you put behind the wheel. put an experienced gear jammer behind the wheel, and it'll be taillights for you and your little 700R4.

Sounds like the factory High Boy truck. These are factory "lifted". If your dads truck falls between 73 up to 77, then he's got a damn good truck. I don't think its got the HPD60 though. Take some pics and post em up.

yeah...the front end clip is different...not year appropriate but I'll snap a ton of pics and post them up as I don't know much about Furds...
The front end has been swapped out..its not factory so it could be HP...I'll check when he gets home from work tonight, I haven't even been able to see this thing well yet...we got it late last night and I had to come home and study (finals week!).

    I'll keep you all posted.
