I started on Monday April 30th and am now dealing with the cravings. The leftover birthday cake and ice cream are calling my name, I swear!

So far I have been good though......hoping to lose 30 lbs in 2 months and collect about $140 from our little office competition.:D

So who is still sticking to it? How is it working for ya?:wink1:

I used it for a while and the weight peeled off quickly. i got to where I wanted to be and have not gained it back. I still mostly stay away from sugar.

Not on the Can Can Plan. But after the hollidays I was shocked to see my weight was up to 228 Lbs. So I went on the Coors plan. Gave up drinking all those heavy micro brew/imported beers. Switched to Coors.. Cut down on my eating. still ate the same things for lunch and dinner just less of it. Fruit or beer for breakfast, No junk food, deserts, or pop which leaves more room for beer.
I am down to 200 which is where I like to be.

I'm not on it, but I noticed I picked up about 14lbs since we found out we're having another kid. I have an important physical in 2 months, so I'm jumping on a crash diet starting today, and my stomach is in agony. Ice cream, Iced tea, little snacks, cake, Hershey dark chocolate bar, all screaming my name.

I had water, rice cakes, chicken, spinach today. And an appe in place of the chocolate or after lunch snack.

I started riding my mountain bike again yesterday. I did about 2 miles with lots of uphill terrain, felt like my legs were going to explode, and I swear I was dizzy driving home from the park. But it felt good to have endorphins flowing again...

    This crap is friggin hard!!

    That is incorrect.

During the Induction Phase, you eat up to 20 grams per day.

Then when you reach your target weight, you add more carbs.

Much easier to stick to simple carbs and cut out complex, then slowly add more complex into the mix so long as you excersizing properly.
