sorry about the continuing saga, when moving the solenoid can I just splice the starter I wire and the alternator wire or should I try to run whole new wires for more length? and when running the Jumper wire from the Batt terminal on the stock solenoid to the I terminal would 8 gage wire be enough? or should I run 4 gage?

    Thanks in advance.
