some cool song i heard on the oldies channel...

    no way to describbe it ..all i really remember was the beat. and i cant type it lol, it sounded almost kinda like a country type song u might say, and i think the lyrics "get it awn" are said a lot over and over in it, and it was on the oldies station..any one gotta clue!?? wish i knew, it was pretty good, i heard it lots times but havnt in a while.. /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

    Yeah that's the only one that comes to mind here too.

    I have that album in right now, listening to "green grass and high tides". The Outlaws were an awesome band. "Hurry sundown", "Gunsmoke", and of course, "Riders in the sky" are all great songs.

    The oldies stations are so much better than all the new music stations. The music back then was orriginal and not crap like most of todays music is.

    Todays Music sucks compared to the older stuff, None of these so called bands today will never be compared to bands like Zeppelin,Pink floyd,the stones,Black Sabbath,Cream, The Yardbirds,10 years After, Tull,Crosby,nash,stills and young.....................

    hmm well i guess if it was said like that it would sound just like what i heard..probobly just wasnt hearing it right..ill go downloud it and see if thats the one...

    hmmm its really close but im not convinced its actually it...just dont sound quit the same..ive heard this befor though and its a awesome song to, but i dont think its it...same guitar parts are really the same sounding, but this other song sounded more country to me...it started out a little different in the begining

    maybe a live version,most alot of led zep and jimmy hendrix,etc, were songs by old blues groups.all the songs jimmy h did that are popular(ALL ALONG ON THE WATCH TOWER,AND SUCH) were bob dillan songs. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gifto /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif

    no..... this is a song thats been around a while...i dunno maybe its hopeless..just have ot wait for it to come on again..
