It seems everyone wants me to work for them now. I just got 2 messages saying the Dale Hardware (in Freakmont) wants me to work full time.Get every other weekend off,and benefits. But I just started working part time at FedEx in Union City/Hayward Tuesday through Saturday. WTF should I do? Also Lowes called me (it's like a Home Depot) Part-time.

I don't wanna leave FedEx now,but in about 2 weeks we will be starting at 5 am in the morning (which blows)

What are the negatives of the Dale Hardware job?

I would work 8 hours 5 days a week. Work every other weekend. I would be placed in the garden department. Also have to deal with stupid people /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

I wouldn't be too keen on getting up to go to work for 5:00am, sounds too freakish to me. I'm a night owl /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif, so it's hard enough getting in for 9:00!

At least when you work with stupid people you look really smart all the time. And you'll be employee of the month every month. Like when I worked for PriceClub (it's now Costco) I went from shirt folder to assitant shift manager in 2 months at age 18 due to stupid people messing up and me fixing it! LOL

I work for a freight company, and all I can say is run like hell. I'd take any full time job with benifits over a freight job. Course I'm a truck driver so I really can't beat the money right now. Good luck.
