    Dep,

I know Wayne has a friend up in PA that sells them for about $1k in great condition with 4.56 gears, no rebuild necessary. But it is a hike for you!

Thanks Boss. I topped the post for you Dep. Also Dawson444 is in NC and wants one too. If you deside to come up you might be able to hook up with him and come up togeather. It is a hike and I used to live in Newnan Ga and go back and forth on a regular basis to visit my family up here.

Hey it is only a 10 to 11 hour drive. Get a couple of guys togeather and make a road trip.[IMG] Just look at Rene, he is the road trip king.

yeh but 10 to 11 hour drive in a vehicle that can carry 5 or 6 dana 60's would get about 10mpg and meals on the road and a room for the night now were talk'n a little extra but it still beats $2,500 for a 60. but i'm up for it

Shipping through forwardair will be about $120 to $150. I shipped one from MD to CA once for like $150 some. So, if the road trip will cost more than $150, then I would suggest getting it shipped.

With a room and meals and a little extra gas it is still cheaper then shipping them. Plus you can see them before you take them home so there is no ? as to what you are getting.

Well, if someone down here(the South) decides to make the trip up, make sure and let me know! I am interested, but the distance is holding me back.

Does he take credit cards and if we buy 3 or more is he willing to do some price negotiation. Right now I at at 650 each for up to three and 150 for the guy to go get up to three of them. Dont know about the condition yet, just know they are military take outs of cucv's.
