How thick should the spacers be.I´m gonna put them on my Jimmy with 16.38,5.16,5 tsls.I was thinking about 3 or 4 inches what do you think or even better do you have a similar setup.

I used Dual wheel front D60 hubs in the front and had some 3.5 inch steel spacers built for the rear. The spacers are hub centric and utilize 5/8" wheel studs. If you have a van width rear ff14 bolt use a 2.5 inch spacer.

Both front and rear came from a K 20 78 so 3,5" should be what I need.I don´t have my Jimmy at home now and have to order the spacers tonight.
    Thanks for the help. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I am building a similar set up and I am using a dually front with 3 1/4" spacers on the rear (68" wms D70HD). If my math is good I figure I'll still be roughly 1~2" narrower in the rear. I would like to have a slightly bigger spacer but I got them second hand for a song so I'll live with the difference.

these are the ones I made up, I had the hub turned so that the spacer would be touching all the way to the outside of the nose...
