First question is, is speedometer gear the correct technical term for what im talking about, its the little gear that hooks into your tranny/transfer case? and controls what your speedometer displays, Question two is,where can i get them, ive got 4.88s so my guage is saying im doing light speed going down my driveway which is in turn messing up my odometer.
    Thanks in advance

Get in contact with some local tranny shops, they usually have a whole bunch of them laying around and sometimes they'll let ya have 'em for free...

Went to the site and eventually ended up at www.700r4.com, great site with all the tranny needs, for future reference 4.88's with 35's take a 15 tooth drive gear and a 42 tooth driven gear /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
