SPIDER GEARS NEEDED BADLY

    ive got a 86 k5 blazer 10 bolt diff. with 3.42 gears and im in desperate need of spider gears if anyone knows where i can find some let me know.

    Check with a dealer, and I'm glad someone else calls them spider gears other than myself (truely called pinion gears and side gears)

    Terminology.........!
    Confusing to call them pinion gears, becuase we already have at least one ring and pinion.

    Replacement spider gears from the dealership would cost you close to the same as a "lunch box" type locker such as a lock-rite or Detroit EZ-locker. They keep the existing carrier and replace the side gears. I have a EZ-locker in my '87 Jimmy and I have been very pleased with it's use both on and off road.
