I need to extend my bump stops, do I just have to change to bigger rubber/ urethane? Put a spacer between the bracket and rubber that's there now? Change the brackets themselves? What's the best\easiest way y'all found to fix the problem? WHEW!

Call ORD. They sell extended bump stops that bolt in the stock location...

You can bolt a short piece of 2x2 steel between the factory bump stop and mount. Or you can spend $50-60 for some of those trick oversize polyurethane bump stops.
