The stop brackets are not lining up for me. I can redrill them, but it will be really close. will it comprimise the integrity of the bumpstops?

also, the stock shackle bolts do not fit. should i go with smaller ones, even if there is play in the hanger??

as for the brackets, i had to drill one hole in the frame using the bracket as a template. i removed the bumper triangulation brace thingy and used the lower bolt hole for the brace. then drilled a half inch hole above it where the bracket already had a hole. i can send pics if you need.

as for the bolts not fitting how off are they?
might want to call marv on that one.

call me if you have any more questions.

Hmm, the bracket should line up, or at least I thought so. Mine are not standard so I can't say for sure. As for the shackle bolt, I drilled mine out for the larger bolt too...

A call to Marv cleard these problems up.

I had to use a grinder to clearence the sleves in the bushings on the swing arm. juggled the bolts around until something fit.

Finished around midnite last night. My friend Mark was the monkey, and he made it back OK.

Still need to install the track bar. Is anyone running one of those? We are running into fab problems for the drop from the frame to the bar.

Just mounted the track bar as low (as straight) as possible---i mounted mine to high and it limited my flex on one side (where it mounts to the axle)

a friend of mine suggested fabbing up a drop bracket to do just that but Marv suggested against it. I'll have to crawl under the truck this week and take a look.

i see why they fit differently. you put the B line brackets on oppisite as i did. but it looks like it worked. i wonder wich way is right....
he he, mine sit out further on the shackle. thats why i put them that way.
