How do you tell if your springs are in good shape? Just by seeing if there is any sag? Thanks in advance, Blake

A visual inspection is a good way. Really the only scientific way is to measure free arch.

A spring that is saged has still the same free arch as a new one. Only the spring rate changed. You can only compare or measure the strength.
