I'm having stability problems. Its usually when the road is rough. The vehicle seem to be twitchy and driving seems to be a two handed affair most of the time. All of the steering components seem to be fine and it has been aligned. I'm thinking about adding rear spacers to see if that would help. Any ideas?

There are a lot of things that can cause it an a lot of little things to help make it better. The biggest single improvement I made on the issue was the ORD steering brace http://grimsk5s.coloradok5.com/

I would check ball joints again for play. My 87 was like this too. Pass side balljoints were wasted. Changed them last weekend, drives like new truck.
