heres what i laid out this morning, took some measurements, and gonna have a guy at work lay it out in cad or pro-e and maybe start making it up in the next week or two.

the tape is only 10mph tape so it probably wont hold up. heres what i plan on using to fill the holes, with execption of the triangular pieces under the headlights, which will be solid, and have a turn signal under the headlamps.

i like the look of the flattened expanded metal much better than the regular stuff. i think it may be easier to work with. im also pretty sure that i may make it out of aluminum, so that it will be lighter, since i have access to a tig welder and a guy who knows how to use it. im also thinking about putting a bowtie in the middle, but will add that at a later time.
