went to start my truck today and my pos starter is acting up again.I have to take this thing off everytime my truck sits for a while and clean it out. Is there a way to seal this thing up and what is the best way to clean it?

I have never had that problem. Stock engine and starter? and you have to clean it out every time it sits for a while? What is a while?

Not that I can help, just interested
